1. Service Description

holanomad provides a digital tracking platform for the Spanish Digital Nomad Visa (DNV) process that:

  • Helps you track progress through DNV phases and tasks
  • Organizes your journey into stages: Pre-UGE, During UGE, and Post-UGE
  • Provides guidance on required documents and steps
  • Allows you to store notes and upload documents for organization
  • Enables tracking progress for family members applying alongside you
  • Offers tips and best practices from the digital nomad community

Important: holanomad is an organizational tool, not legal advice. We provide general guidance based on publicly available information. For legal questions, consult with a qualified immigration lawyer or gestor.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account on holanomad. By using our service, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

You may add family members of any age (including children) to your account for the purpose of tracking their DNV progress, but you are responsible for managing their information and ensuring you have the right to do so.

3. Your Account

When creating an account:

  • You agree to provide accurate and truthful information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • You are responsible for all family member information you add to your account

4. Family Member Features

holanomad allows you to add family members to track their DNV journey alongside yours:

  • You may add family members up to your designated family size limit
  • Each family member has independent progress tracking
  • Documents can be associated with specific family members
  • You can switch between profiles to view and manage individual progress

By adding family members, you represent that:

  • You have the authority to manage information for the family members you add
  • For minors, you are their parent or legal guardian
  • The information you provide about family members is accurate
  • You will keep family member information up to date

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use holanomad responsibly and NOT to:

  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Upload malicious files, viruses, or harmful content
  • Upload illegal, fraudulent, or inappropriate documents
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or exploit our systems
  • Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
  • Scrape or collect data from our platform without permission
  • Add false or fictitious family members
  • Exceed your designated family size limit through any means

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload to holanomad, including:

  • Documents and files (for yourself and family members)
  • Notes and comments on tasks
  • Profile information
  • Family member information

By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display it back to you. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for purposes other than providing the service.

Document Storage

Documents you upload are stored securely and associated with your account. You can link documents to specific tasks and family members. We implement reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security of uploaded files. You should maintain your own backups of important documents.

holanomad is an organizational and tracking tool. The information provided is for general guidance only and should not be considered legal, immigration, or tax advice. DNV requirements and processes may change. Always verify information with official Spanish government sources or consult qualified professionals.

holanomad is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

  • The service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
  • Information about DNV processes is accurate or up-to-date
  • Following our guidance will result in successful visa approval
  • Task lists and phases are complete or applicable to your specific situation
  • Progress tracking for family members reflects actual application status

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, holanomad and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to:

  • Visa denials for you or your family members
  • Missed appointments or deadlines
  • Data loss or corruption
  • Incorrect or outdated information
  • Document upload failures or storage issues
  • Errors in progress tracking

9. Account Termination

By you: You may delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon deletion, we will permanently remove your personal data, all family member records, all progress data, and all uploaded documents as described in our Privacy Policy.

Family member removal: You can remove individual family members from your account at any time. This soft-deletes their record, preserving progress history for your reference while making them inactive.

By us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or for any reason at our discretion. We will attempt to notify you before termination when possible.

10. Intellectual Property

The holanomad name, logo, website design, task content, phase structures, and all related content are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we'll notify you by email or through a notice on our website. Your continued use of holanomad after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiation or, if necessary, in the appropriate courts.
